Sarum Road hospital staff were very friendly and helpful every time I have visited. This includes reception staff, physio, nurses and the doctors. My overnight stay was seemless and very comfortable.

I was very nervous before attending the hospital for a partial knee replacement. The staff were very reassuring and the care I received immediately before and after the operation was excellent. I did have an infection after being discharged but this was dealt with efficiently and effectively by the surgeon and in particular by the out patient nursing staff who dressed the wound on two separate occasions. My recovery was not impeded. Looking back I can say that I felt I was in good hands throughout the experience.

I had a Right Shoulder MUA at BMI Sarum Road in February. The care of myself from the staff there has been exemplary including Nurses, Secretary, Receptionists. I would totally recommend this hospital to others.

I have now had 2 operations at BMI and 2 courses of Physio treatment. Almost all the staff who have looked after me have clearly been experts in their field and have been caring and helpful. Special mention must go to the physio team, I have had treatment frmo both Paul and Cath and both have been incredibly helpful and motivating whilst pushing me to recover. They clearly care about their jobs and know exactly what they are doing.
